Every Lunar New Year, our Super Talent Childcare children have a grand celebration.
Our children will come to school in their Chinese New Year costumes. Children gain an awareness and appreciation for Chinese Culture through stories told by the teachers.
They sang Lunar New Year songs, exchanged Mandarin oranges, wrote calligraphic New Year blessings, made paper crafts, and played fun games together.
Of course, the celebration ended with much noise and laughter as they gathered around for the “must-have” Lo Hei (tossing) of “Yu Shen” (New Year fish salad) to usher in a healthy and prosperous New Year for everyone.
